   Underpaid . We put in a lot of work and only get paid $12.50 an 60 minutes. We get yelled at constantly for not knowing enough almost hardware or enough to answer bones questions in plumbing or fasteners . Yet they tell u.s. we have the ability to get trained with computer classes . But tell united states of america nosotros never have enough time or people on the floor to do said classes . Its like they gear up u.s.a. up for failure. You take to fight for two days off in a row if yous've been in that location less than a year . The new schedules come out iii days earlier the new week starts , then unless you become the same days off every calendar week (very rare occasion) then y'all tin can pretty much forget virtually your personal life. Every bit a currently Employee I get told I'm lazy and ' easily distracted'. As a twenty year onetime who works my very best everyday , only to go told that , It crushed my spirit. So I suppose Ace Hardware is not worth information technology , and doesn't care much for their employees. Only near the corporeality of coin they have and how happy their store managers are.

   Not much to say. Sometimes employees get out of line with no action from management. Sometimes customers are rude, but that's office of the job.
